Welcome to Fleet Graphix, a division of OTC Fleet Services. By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing design, print, or installation services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

1. About Fleet Graphix

Fleet Graphix provides commercial vehicle wraps, lettering, branding, and print/installation services for businesses and fleets.
We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, or availability at any time.

2. Communication & Consent

When you call, text, email, submit a quote request, or fill out any form on our website or social media channels, you authorize Fleet Graphix to contact you with information related to:

  • Quotes

  • Artwork approvals

  • Design revisions

  • Appointments

  • Production updates

  • Installation scheduling

  • Aftercare instructions

  • Job-related communication

3. Quotes & Estimates

All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Design revisions

  • Material changes

  • Vehicle condition

  • Additional labor required

  • Removal of old vinyl

  • Complex or custom requests

Quotes expire after 30 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to begin design or reserve installation dates.
Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
All invoices must be paid in full before release or pickup of finished products.

5. Artwork, Design & Approvals

  • Customer is responsible for reviewing all artwork proofs.

  • Approval of artwork is considered final.

  • Fleet Graphix is not responsible for errors, typos, or inaccuracies approved by the customer.

  • Colors may vary slightly between screen previews and printed materials.

 

6. Scheduling & Installation

Installation dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Customer must ensure vehicles are clean, free from debris, and available at the scheduled time.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or late arrivals.

7. Vinyl Lifespan & Warranty

Vinyl performance varies based on material, usage, and environmental conditions.
While Fleet Graphix uses quality materials and professional installation, vinyl may lift or fail due to:

  • Rust

  • Oxidation

  • Poor paint condition

  • Body damage

  • Pressure washing

  • Extreme weather

Manufacturer warranties apply when applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Fleet Graphix remain the property of Fleet Graphix unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fleet Graphix is not responsible for:

  • Vehicle mechanical issues

  • Pre-existing paint defects

  • Surface adhesion problems caused by rust or poor paint

  • Loss of business due to downtime during installation

  • Damage caused by customer misuse or improper care

 

10. Updates to Terms

Fleet Graphix may update these Terms at any time.
